My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days. I felt utterly ripped off and that’s why I tried to engage with customer service to get my money back.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and now my order says it will take three business days. I need that $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I see the charge for expedited shipping. We apologize for the delay. Sometimes production issues can affect delivery estimates. Customer: Production issues don't justify charging for a service you're not providing. I want the next-day delivery fee credited back to my card today. It's false advertising. CS Rep: I hear your concern. While I can submit a request to our billing department for a refund of that fee, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. Customer: So I have to wait even longer? This is unacceptable. You charged me upfront, now refund me upfront.
