I've ordered from this company before without issues, so I was completely taken aback when my latest purchase turned into a nightmare. They are nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days. This blatant misrepresentation and the subsequent struggle to reach a human for support compelled me to leave this review and try to engage with customer service, to understand why I was charged for a service that was clearly not delivered.
Customer: Hi, I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, and then got an email saying my order will take three business days. That's not next day! CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the discrepancy in the delivery timeframe you experienced. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Customer: Frustration is an understatement! I paid for a service that wasn't provided, and trying to even get through to a human was a nightmare of automated systems and bots. I need that $19.95 refunded. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you faced in reaching us and for the miscommunication regarding your delivery. I've located your order. Given the situation, I can process a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee immediately. Customer: Okay, please do that. But it's really disappointing that I had to jump through so many hoops for this. It feels like this company intentionally makes it hard to get support.
