I ordered glasses on March 30th and even paid for express 3-5 day shipping because my old glasses broke. Day 5 came, still in production. Day 10, still in production. By Day 11, I called to ask for a shipping refund, which they processed easily, almost as if they do it all the time. But even with that, these glasses were still six days out from delivery! As of Day 19, I still have no glasses. This is truly a terrible company because someone doesn't give a crap about their customers. This entire ordeal compelled me to leave a review and engage with customer service, desperately trying to understand what went wrong.
