I ordered glasses on March 30th, specifically paying for 3-5 day express shipping because my old glasses broke and I desperately needed them. Day 5 rolled around, and they were still in production. Day 10, still stuck in production! By Day 11, I called to ask for a shipping refund, which they gave, but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. It’s now Day 19 or whatever, and I still have no glasses! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of incompetence and disregard for a customer's urgent need is unacceptable.
Customer: I paid for express 3-5 day shipping weeks ago because my old glasses broke, and it's been 19 days. They're still not here! This is ridiculous!
